1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Ardhanari, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ALISON TECH LAB.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Ardhanari
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• You must not have been previously banned from the platform
• By using the app, you confirm you meet all eligibility requirements

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One person may only maintain one account
• You must not share your account credentials with others
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms
• You may delete your account at any time

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Post illegal, harmful, threatening, or offensive content
• Harass, bully, stalk, or threaten other users
• Discriminate against users based on identity, orientation, or expression
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Share explicit content without proper consent
• Engage in fraudulent activities or scams
• Record calls or conversations without consent
• Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or compromise the platform
• Solicit money from other users under false pretenses

5. Content Guidelines

User-Generated Content:

• You retain ownership of content you post
• You grant Ardhanari a license to display and distribute your content within the platform
• You are solely responsible for the content you post
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates our guidelines

Prohibited Content:

• Non-consensual intimate imagery
• Content involving minors
• Extreme violence or graphic content
• Hate speech targeting any community
• Misinformation or harmful fake content
• Copyright-infringing material

6. Verification System

• Verification is optional but unlocks premium features (calls, exclusive posts)
• Requires video selfie and photo submissions for identity confirmation
• Verified users can enable audio/video calls and create exclusive content
• We reserve the right to revoke verification for policy violations
• Fraudulent verification attempts result in permanent account termination

7. Coins & Virtual Currency

• Coins can be purchased through in-app payment methods
• Coins are used for premium membership, calls, and other features
• Purchased coins are non-refundable
• Coins earned through creator revenue can be withdrawn
• We reserve the right to modify coin pricing and packages

8. Premium Membership

• Premium members get access to all exclusive content from all creators
• Membership costs a fixed amount of coins per month (set by admin)
• Membership lasts 30 days from purchase date
• No auto-renewal — users must manually renew
• Cancellation does not provide refunds for the current period
• 50% of premium revenue goes to the company
• 50% is distributed to creators based on exclusive content views

9. Creator Revenue & Withdrawals

• Verified creators earn coins from premium revenue share based on views
• Revenue is calculated and distributed monthly (1st of each month)
• Minimum call duration requirements may apply for withdrawals
• Withdrawal processing takes 3-7 business days
• Valid bank details (account number, IFSC, UPI) are required
• We reserve the right to reject fraudulent withdrawal requests

10. Audio & Video Calls

• Available only between verified users
• Calls are charged per minute in coins
• Both parties must consent to calls
• Recording calls without consent is strictly prohibited
• Inappropriate behavior during calls results in account suspension
• Call quality depends on network conditions — we are not liable for disruptions

11. Chat & Messaging

• Messages are private between sender and receiver
• Users can share text, images, audio, and video messages
• Users can delete messages and clear conversations
• We may review reported messages for policy enforcement
• Spam, harassment, or unsolicited explicit content is prohibited

12. Intellectual Property

The Ardhanari platform, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by ALISON TECH LAB and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without written permission.

13. Disclaimers

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not responsible for user-generated content or user interactions
• We do not verify the truthfulness of user profiles (except verified badges)
• Users interact at their own risk — exercise caution when meeting people

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALISON TECH LAB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Ardhanari. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

15. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms
• You may delete your account at any time through the app or deletion form
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our data retention policy
• Coins in your account at termination are non-refundable

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

17. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malappuram, Kerala, India.
